Location
This exquisite house is located in the especially beautiful area of Vrhovec neighborhood, enjoying the beauty of the location on the foothills of Medvednica Mountain. The terrace offers an open, panoramic view of Sv.Duh and Bijenik, situated to the far left towards the west, while to the far right there is a view of the foothills of Medvednica Mountain. The house can be reached via two roads, one in front and one at the back of the house i.e. from the bottom and from the top side of the location. The land parcels in the immediate vicinity are in the ownership of the City of Zagreb and will continuously remain being green surfaces. Public transport (bus) connects the house with the central part of town, via a bus line which runs along Vrhovec Street. It is only a 5 minute car ride from the house location to the more central locations of town.

Description
The house has a total of 600 m2 of living area, spread out on several levels. On the ground level (partial basement area) there are the indoor pool, a sauna, relaxation/miscellaneous room, an exercise room (ideal for a mini gym), a toilet and a large, covered terrace. The house also contains an atomic shelter. The exquisite and large living area, of a total of 160 m2, gives this house an especially grand feel. On one side there is beautiful, large terrace completely made of glass on one side of the living area; the fire place is situated in this part of the house as well.
